Welcome. I'm a long term home educator who is looking to support those on the journey towards freeing themselves from the schooling system, and creating a unique educational experience for their family.
I'm currently in my 18th year home educating and my specialties are Child led and Steiner based education, and I am strong believer in the idea that there are many ways to educate our children, and that parents need to work out their own unique pathway,for their family.

A day in the life....
Another learning day at home today.
This morning-
DS10 snuggled up on the sofa this morning, and afterwards did some maths with me, and sat down at the computer to work out how to play a Harry Potter musical piece on the piano. We also repotted a couple of plants, and he did a bit of spelling and writing.
DS15 did some maths, and piano playing.
We did some reading together over lunch, and practised reciting 'Voluspa'.
After lunch.
DS10 got working on his handsewing project-making pyjamas.
DS15 got himself prepared for airforce cadets.
